THE WHAT? About face and af94 have announced the appointment of Francesca Raminella as CEO. Raminella joins the company from Beauty By Imagination, where she was also CEO. She has previously worked for industry giants such as Revlon, P&G, L’Oreal and ghd.
THE DETAILS Raminella will work closely with Co-founders Halsey and Jeanne Chavez and report directly to the board of directors at Celebrands.
THE WHY? Joe El Chami, Celebrands Managing Director, explains, “Francesca’s strategic insight coupled with her extensive experience across renowned beauty brands, uniquely positions her to lead our about-face and af94 brands into a new era of growth.”
