Augustinus Bader unveils Sofia Coppola Collab

THE WHAT? Augustinus Bader has teamed up with Sofia Coppola to launch a line of tinted lip balms, the brand’s first foray into lip color. The Tinted Balm, as the range has been named, is available in three shades.

THE DETAILS According to a report published by WWD, Shade 1, a deep pink, is said to be inspired by a discontinued lipstick, a former favourite of Coppola’s. Shade 2 is a summery coral perfect for the beach while Shade 3’s earthy plum tone is more suited to fall.

THE WHY? Bader’s CEO, Charles Rosier told WWD that celebrity collaborations are an excellent way to reach new audiences.
