The Estee Lauder Companies and Microsoft debut AI Innovation Lab

THE WHAT? The Estee Lauder Companies and Microsoft have announced the creation of an AI Innovation Lab as an expansion of their global strategic relationship. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI capabilities in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, the companies will work together to develop solutions that further empower ELC’s brands.

THE DETAILS The duo has successfully created an internal-facing generative AI chatbot to enhance marketing effectiveness globally, enabling faster response and execution to social trends and consumer demands. The pair are also applying generative AI tools in research and development for more rapid product creation.
